Dear Triathlon Relay Teams

Please find attached and below the final information for next Sunday’s event (although there maybe changes on the day etc).

Team checks – please check the team entry list attached, advise me of any the names of the “a n other/tba/TBC’s” and any changes especially names/age/sex/team type,  also if you are now struggling for a team member let me know as we may have someone on the  “bench” or if you may have someone spare you can offer for the “bench” to help another team out ! On the entry list I’ve included the t-shirt size of the runner to also check.

Competitor event info and instructions attached – please read and ensure all your team are familiar with everything. Also please read the info sheet, your team did accept our terms when signing up online.

Road Closure – There will be a road closure (See attached)  in place from noon in front of the White Lion Hotel & the Wentworth Hotel so please take this into account as access will be restricted as will parking

Parking – is limited nearby, however “the scallop” car park north of transition is the closest largest car park. Please don’t park outside the White Lion as we need that space for the event.

Fun run – this year we are running two FREE fun runs for children age 8 to 13, see attached for more info.

Support on the day will be:-

  • Sax Velo with a Bike stand for spares etc
  • Gilmour Piper for post-race massage
  • Refreshments – various available
  • Diss Event photography for onsite to purchase your mementoes.
  • Goody Bag per team

Chip Timing – This year we are using chip timing and there should be a display and kiosk to check your teams time and position, plus we will print results when available and they will go on the website asap.

Awards –We have several team categories, which will be announced on the day, so please stay around for the presentations as you never know what you could have won as there will only be one award per team (roll down in place).
